My Story
Ryan Cheng, Columbia University alum, and GIA certified gemologist, inspires an artistic approach to business ethics. His lifelong fascination with gemstones is rooted in their spiritual and healing energies, as he considers them to be the heart of planet earth. Appreciation
Growing up in Singapore is when my fascination with gemstones began…in recalling one of my first interactions as a little boy, my grandmother and mother would allow me to play with their pearl and ruby necklaces ~ I would fasten them around the neck of my teddy bear taking him into the garden to see how they glistened in the sunlight…in looking back, I truly imagine that I’d been enlightened by gems as the soul of our great planet.
